At Noctis, each piece is made in small batches and packed with care to arrive safely.

Processing & dispatch times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.

  • During launches, sales, or high-order periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If this happens, we’ll email you with an update.

Free worldwide shipping

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.

Delivery estimates

Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch.

Australia

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days

  • Regional/remote: 4–12 business days

International

  • Typical: 7–21 business days

  • Some locations may take longer due to customs processing.

These are estimates only and can vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather events, or customs.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your service, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Duties, taxes & import fees (international orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes, depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices.

Address accuracy & changes

Please double-check your address at checkout.

  • If you need to update your address, email us ASAP at noctislightperth@gmail.com.

  • If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.

Delivered but missing / lost parcels

If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your parcel:

  1. Check around your property/building and with neighbours.

  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

  3. Email us at noctislightperth@gmail.com - we’ll help you investigate.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email noctislightperth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the outer packaging

  • photos of the damage

We’ll assess the claim and organise a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
