Processing & dispatch times
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days.
During launches, sales, or high-order periods, dispatch may take a little longer. If this happens, we’ll email you with an update.

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
Delivery estimates
Delivery timeframes begin after dispatch.
Australia
Metro areas: 2–7 business days
Regional/remote: 4–12 business days
International
Typical: 7–21 business days
Some locations may take longer due to customs processing.

Tracking
If tracking is available for your service, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.
Duties, taxes & import fees (international orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties/taxes, depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product prices.
Address accuracy & changes
Please double-check your address at checkout.

If the order has already shipped, we may not be able to change it.
Delivered but missing / lost parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate your parcel:
Check around your property/building and with neighbours.
Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, please email noctislightperth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

photos of the outer packaging
photos of the damage
We’ll assess the claim and organise a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.
