Change-of-mind returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Once received and inspected, we’ll refund the item price (original shipping is free and not refunded as a separate amount).
Faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty, arrives damaged, or doesn’t match its description, contact us at noctislightperth@gmail.comwithin 7 days of delivery (or as soon as you notice the issue). Include your order number and photos/video where relevant.
We’ll work with you to provide a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Return shipping & packaging
Please package returns securely to avoid damage in transit.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Refund timeframe
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to clear funds.
