What kind of light does the Syzygy Lamp produce?

Syzygy emits diffused, indirect light designed to shape atmosphere rather than brightly illuminate a room. It’s best suited to ambient and mood lighting.

Is a bulb included?

Yes. A Tuya-compatible smart bulb is included with your lamp.

Can I use a regular bulb instead?

The lamp is designed for use with smart bulbs to achieve the intended lighting experience. Using a standard bulb may limit functionality and effect.

Smart Lighting Setup

Syzygy is designed for use with Tuya-compatible smart bulbs, which connect to the Tuya Smart app via Wi-Fi. Through the app, you can control brightness, colour, colour temperature, and on/off functions directly from your mobile device.

A Tuya-compatible smart bulb is included with your lamp.

No additional hubs or hardware are required — just Wi-Fi and the app.

Which power cord is included?

At launch, Syzygy is supplied with an Australian / New Zealand or United States / Canadian power cord.

Additional plug options will be introduced in future releases.

How should I care for my lamp?

Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid moisture, cleaning sprays, or abrasive materials.

Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?

Each Noctis piece is designed with intention. Subtle variations in texture and finish are part of the object’s character.

Do you accept returns?

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll assist you.

What if my lamp arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number so we can resolve it promptly.
